The army humor is mostly international: in any army, the hardships of a simple soldier, his joy and sorrow are mainly the same. What was the difference between an American soldier during World War II and his «colleagues» on both sides of the front line? Unless the relative more comfortable conditions of life… and the opportunity to look at this life through the eyes of a cartoonist. Besides, such a life sketch with a comment could always be sent home. Today we want to present you a small selection of one of the countless series of postcards that were published in the United States during the WWII.
